At my Walmart, they have made only 2 of the self checkouts available for spark. There is a rope blocking it off and a worker on the inside. And it doesn't matter which message I get, they always have me bring up my item summary and check my cart.

The walmart I'm at checks my cart every single time regardless of the message. They check my photo on their end if I'm the same person and they count the items in my cart to see if they match. At first it was kinda annoying but I know they're just doing their job so yeah, patience is definitely needed on this side gig, lol
