Well nobody puts there house keys in the front driver seat unless you are the one driving considering how I saw the kid who jumped out first would mean he got out faster than his friend did meaning the kid that died was in the passenger seat while the long hair kid was actually the one driving also put in notice how he was acting is he ok? Very bland no emotion even if there was so it was just a little emotion it’s easy to speak for a dead person but the kid was scared and jumped just because how aggressive the officer was he probably never been in that type of situation hindering his jump.

I see everyone saying this kid was driving, I don’t believe he was. Obviously he’s gonna be upset/ seem guilty cause he knew the other kid for 9 years and watched him die infront of him. But the question is why would the kid jump if he wasn’t the driver?

I’m sure he was driving. He sounds scared and full of guilt. He over explained and when he clarified the cops name is when it sounded like he’s trying to make THEM think he’s telling the truth.
