Eight things quietly working against your run. Most people are doing at least a couple without realising it. ✅ 1. Drinking on the weekend Digestion is basically stopped so it changes how alcohol behaves completely. 👉 It absorbs unpredictably and the recovery drags out over days 👉 One night regularly wipes out a full week of momentum 👉 Nobody posting real results is drinking their way through a run ✅ 2. Being loose with protein The app3tite drop makes skipping meals feel normal, and the b0dy reads that the wrong way. 👉 Too little protein and the b0dy takes muscl3 before anything else 👉 You end up lighter and softer instead of leaner 👉 Eat on a schedule since the hung3r cue is gone ✅ 3.
