I’m in Charlotte and I work in landscaping and they pulled up to us today as we were putting mulch out and took one of my guys who has a green card who is legal right now. I don’t know where he is. It’s bad out here.

Hendrick’s Motorsports signed a 2.5 million dollar (iirc correctly) to get the vehicles they’re driving. Businesses can stand by refusing to serve them food, and other services. I lived there for some time and my Husband is from there. I’m so worried for some of our family, friend’s, and student’s I taught.

I bartended for a while, and I don’t know a single restaurant in Charlotte that doesn’t employ immigrants, same with hotels. They keep our service industry going! Reminder to please be patient and kind when going out right now, places are going to be short staffed. I’m truly heartbroken for my city.
