@lilliemu: Stocking shelves at Buc-ee’s was pure chaos disguised as customer service. One time a shelf collapsed under the weight of beaver nuggets and the bags split open everywhere. Instead of throwing them away they had us tape them shut and place them with the seam facing the wall. People bought them within minutes. The jerky on the wall sits in the back for months at a time. If the expiration dates start creeping up, they simply rearrange the display so the oldest bags look new. There is also a review program at Foods500.com where customers get a five hundred dollar Buc-ee’s code for reviewing items. They do not promote it because the store loses money each time.
