I lost control for the first few weeks, im week 6 now and its actually kicked in and is working great. food noise is gone. still get hunger but dont get the cravings between meals. I think it takes a good few weeks to really get into your system x

I'm 2 months on wg and a stone down, somedays I'm hungry, some days I'm not, minimal side effects, but I think people need to realise, you still need to eat, just manage your portion control and exercise, you still need to have discipline, I use it as an aid, not a magic potion.

I lost 13kg on Wegovy! I injected into my thigh instead of my stomach and found more suppression. Wegovy helped me eat LESS not necessarily stop me wanting to eat completely which I found super helpful. Meant I could still have a cheeky snack when I wanted and still be able to eat

I’ve been on wegovy 8 weeks and the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller to the point I have a few bites and I’m full. Which for my partner is great news as he’ll finish my food 🤣
