Just a friendly reminder when you are doing your core breathing make sure not to force your tummy out where it looks rounded out breathe in like normal because your tummy will slightly inflate. We don’t want to be force a tummy’s outward because that can worsen our an separate/DR. This is what my pt hounded me about so I thought I would share!

all of these work! discipline and consistency! mama of 5 and my weight has fluctuated over the years...at my heaviest I was 200. I'm now down to 145 after a solid year to year and a half of eating healthier and regular exercise (light low impact cardio, strength training basic moves and walking at least 30 minutes almost daily but some weeks was only 3-4 days or at least hitting 10k steps)
