This was definitely me yesterday normally I’m as cool as a cucumber but it was an absolute clusterfk from the get go and normally if I’m gonna swear I’ll use a work as close as I can to what I really want to say but today I did swear and quite a few of my normally moody customers were actually being polite for once 😂 because I’ve been working where I am for 5?6? Years now and I don’t think the customers have EVER heard me swear, the staff definitely have and even then it shocks them 😂

I swear every shop/restaurant/customer facing place needs two extra rooms for staff: one dedicated to crying and one for a safe rage session. I couldn’t ever manage in retail with the shit y’all have to deal with 😭

So Very Very Very True. I was the Main Duty Manager of a Large Retail Store in London with a Well Known Brand and I used to throw cages across the Car Park. Others put holes in the Wall or Broke the Goods Lift but I used cages instead. 😂.
