Just to clear things up - you don’t have to do anything you don’t want too. This is just my routine so that I don’t have to reapply perfume throughout the day. You can also swap out this routine for different scents if you don’t like a gourmand base, just make sure they are in the same scent house!

That’s quite a lot of hormone disruptors for one routine — applying lotion, solid moisturiser, deodorant, dusting powder, body spray and perfume all at once can really add up. It might be worth checking the ingredient lists and simplifying the steps to reduce unnecessary exposure. Take care of your health first; no pleasant scent is worth risking your wellbeing.
