I have chronic spontaneous urticaria triggered by heat. It’s basically an allergic reaction caused by anything that raises my body temperature. Heat stress, exercise, anxiety, hot showers, hot tubs. I’m on prescription antihistamine but I break out in blotchy rashes like this, except they would be all down my legs primarily. Took almost 4 years to get a diagnosis.

I have this, it’s bad but I’m in so much pain that the burning of the heating pad doesn’t even bother me. I suffer from endometriosis and sciatica.

yikes I have sinus headaches constantly. pain meds tear up my stomach so I use a microwavable heat pad on my face all the time! 😨

I notice I would get the red pattern on my legs when I would be in the pool in the summer. But only my legs and didn’t know what was wrong.

I haven’t found a doctor that cares about my pain. I have zero history of any substance abuse or record 😭 I take 5000mg ibuprofen daily when I have my period and it doesn’t help

Valuable information that few know about. When this occurred I had no idea what was transpiring, and as it dissipated over the course of the day was happy to return to my hot water bottle. Thanks to this video shall never do it again.
