Looks good. Maybe use beauty ring before the you welded your copper connector to the ball valve . Just so it sticks out enough to grab without banging there knuckles on rock.

I want to find me a creative plumber, but still inspection worthy. I have an outside faucet leaking as well. The plumber I spoke to actually said he would have to cut in the sheet rock of the bedroom room to replace it. It's a few inches to work with coming out the wall. I see no need to cut thru the wall, for a faucet head.
