@adhd.aron: Stress can plague people with adhd and autism. The rsd, the hyperfixation, the masking, the rumination the anxiety the list goes on. An overactive nervous system, ie being in fight or flight constantly can seriously impact your gut and mental health. Supplements can help turn the tide in the short term whilst you address the causes of your stress and find solutions to calming the nervous system. Always check supplements against your medication!!!! #adhdnutritionist #adhdsupplements #stress #fyp #adhdtiktok
Do you or anyone know any magnesium supplements that aren’t so large. All the supplements I can find are massive, I can take them but my daughter struggles 😫

is taking all supplements at the same time with a meal okay? Will this ruin the supplements? I try taking them at designated times but I just cant consistently take them. will taking all supplements at lunch together do anything or is that just a waste regardless?

When diagnosed, get medication first. Once you found a baseline, you can add supplements into the mix. I'd always suggest checking VitD levels and supplement that as needed.
