I had a quick question about something I’m working on. I have an AI voice agent using 11 Labs, Twilio, and n8n and I’m trying to create a time check feature so the agent only takes orders during the restaurant’s store hours. Ideally, at the beginning of the call, the agent would check the time to confirm we’re open and then proceed with taking the order. If we’re closed, it would say something like “Sorry, we’re not taking orders right now. Please call back later.” Currently, my solution has about a 15-second delay at the beginning of the call while it does this check. Do you know of a way to get this feature working instantly with no delay? Thanks, Tom

Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs with Bacon *Deviled eggs have a way of bringing back memories of family gatherings, holiday tables, and pretty little platters passed around the kitchen. These creamy bites add a little jalapeño kick and crispy bacon to that beloved classic, making them especially irresistible for a relaxed get-together.* What You'll Need 12 large eggs 1 cup mayonnaise 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 2 jalapeños, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 3/4 tsp ground mustard powder 1/2 tsp granulated sugar Paprika, for garnish Thinly sliced fresh jalapeño, optional for garnish How to Make It 1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by about 1 inch. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat. 2. Turn off the heat immediately, cover the saucepan, and let the eggs stand for 12 minutes. 3. Transfer the eggs to a large bowl of ice water. Let them cool completely, then peel and slice each egg in half lengthwise. 4. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until finely crumbled. 5. Add the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, mustard powder, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 6. Fold in the diced jalapeños and most of the crumbled bacon, reserving some bacon for garnish. 7. Spoon the filling into a resealable plastic bag. Push the mixture into one corner, snip off the tip, and pipe the filling neatly into each egg white half. 8. Sprinkle the deviled eggs lightly with paprika. Top with the reserved bacon and thin jalapeño slices if desired. 9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can come together. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes | Serves: 24 deviled egg halves Calories: ~75 per serving | Protein: ~3 g per serving #weeknightmeals #phototrend #summerideas2026 #whatsfordinner #followmyrecipes
