Officers repeatedly told him to move, but he allegedly refused, responding, “Once I’m done with this bet!” Body-cam footage shows several men surrounding him and recording on their phones while being shooed away by police. During his arrest, officers searched his pockets and discovered both amphetamine and marijuana. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine), possession of cannabis (20 grams or less), and resisting arrest without violence. His bond was reportedly set at $3,500.
