I love responding to insults by saying “I’m sorry what, I didn’t hear you” and as they start to say it again I walk away 🤣 it always angers them

To make it even better, first stare at them with a blank expression for a few seconds, not saying anything. Then ask them to repeat what they just said. 90% of the time you see the embarrassment crawling up on their face.

1. Agree & redirect with a compliment that cuts (“you might be right. You always notice these things. Its impressive how much attention you pay to me”) (2.) look at them - Nod slowly and say “if that made you feel better- im glad i could help” (3.) “That’s funny. I didnt realize you were still thinking about that. I moved on weeks ago”
