@kinziefransen: I’ve been waiting all year for christmas baking season to begin 🎄✨❤️ Recipe: Ingredients Cookies -2 cups all-purpose flour -1/4 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/4 tsp salt -10 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened -1/2 cup granulated sugar -1/3 cup brown sugar -1 egg -1 1/2 tsp vanilla -3/4 cup sprinkles (plus more for topping) Cream cheese frosting -6oz cream cheese, softened -5 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened -1 tsp vanilla -Pinch of salt -2 cups powdered sugar Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until combined. 5. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. 6. Fold in the sprinkles. 7. Scoop the dough using a 2-3 tablespoon cookie scooper and place on a lined baking sheet. Press down on each cookie dough to flatten them out a bit. 8. Bake for about 9-11 minutes. Let the cookies cool before frosting. For the cream cheese frosting: 1. In a bowl beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and combined. 2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. 3. Add the frosting to a piping bag and pipe a swirl on the cookies. Add some more sprinkles on top.
