Pour in chicken broth; bring to a boil. 7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until farro is tender and chicken is cooked through. 8. Adjust seasoning with salt substitute or minimal salt. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. 9.
