We adopt and buy every pet we ever have but we never say adopted. Why do we have to say that about children? I never knew til I was an adult my grampa adopted his 4 older daughters. They were his daughters. He was their dad and my grampa. I thought I was Italian my whole life and found out I wasn’t. But was so proud of my grampa.
