Yesterday was no different . I had a need — a need for crispy pork indeed . Google pointed me to Chef Gaa Moo Krob (เฮียแกะ), the man crowned as Bangkok’s crispy-pork king. So for 30 baht ($0.9), I Grabed a scooter 🛵 and dove deep into the inner streets of Khlong Toei. Not the easiest place to find, but it was there — full Khlong Toei glory. And Chef Gaa? Just as warm, kind, and welcoming as every review said. The 80-baht plate. ($2.45)? Crispy. Crunchy. Perfect. Absolutely worth the journey.
