Baby at this age is far to young to get used to you being there or not. All he knows is fight or flight mode. Separation anxiety is so developmentally normal. Keep your baby as close as you can at all times, that’s the best way to build secure attachment 💙

I get shingles 12-14 times a year…no point being separated now. I have had it around all 3 of my children. None of mine ever caught it by me just being careful. Take care x

I've recently had shingles, 17 weeks pregnant and have a 19 month old - he's never had chickenpox and didn't get it either! I just made sure my patches were covered and he couldn't touch them - it's only contagious through the blisters x
