My 2012 Passat had the newer infrared system, so you dont see those annoying dots on the windshield.

my dad was surprised how quick one of mine defrosts. its not a ford either. it only heats where the wipers sit and having heating on full blast clears the rest in no time. its faster than the heated rear screen 😂
