I volunteered at a retirement home and this lovely older lady very sweetly tried to give me a suit she made for her brother. so she's telling me about how her family would grow the flax and then the whole process of turning a plant into a thread and then thread woven into panels of fabric that would then be cut and hand sewn to fit. and she goes "take it take it it cost me nothing" and I'm like LADY THERE IS NO SHOT IM TAKING THIS SUIT IT SHOULD COST SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS IT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM
