I have decided to be honest with myself and realized that I am addicted to the attention 😂😂😂 I will most probably get to a point where I will block the person. At the core of me, I am actually very practical - the constant breadcrumbs become such a waste of time and things never progress.

Spot on! Had no emotionally supportive parents myself too. Meeting my now ex avoidant partner gave me the feeling I was finally seen. But the difference is that his love was different then my love. He never loved me the way I needed to be loved. He loved me in an avoidant way which is what I could do for him while my love was from the soul. That’s why it is difficult because I invested emotionally in this person but nothing returns. With this in my head I deleted and blocked his number. I know I love myself the best and will continue doing so. ❤️thank you for you explanation.

I deleted and blocked and that helped me alot because i used to always wish she can call me or even respond to my messages. Blocking her number helped to not expect anything from her
