I mean, my grandparents have prizes in orchids and are pretty knowledgeable in the topic. My grandmother sometimes uses ice to water some orchids, especially ones that don’t need much water. There are some orchids that have beautiful colors in their natural form, Phalaenopsis Julieta might just be my favorite of the different variations of natural color of that especies. This one is from my grandparents greenhouse.

I always thought they dyed the water that they used to water the plants or injected it into the stems. I had no idea that this is how they dyed them! I kinda want to try it myself, in the name of science of course🥴

These spray painted succulents make me so angry. The next growth will be their natural color, and isn’t that bad to the plant? Like we have leaf fertilizer, we spray it on leafs to fertilize, is a baby blue graffiti spray can really what a succulent needs? What‘s next 😭
