Unpopular opinion but as a stylist who worked in an extension only salon and was trained by someone who also has an extension education brand and worked closely with Chrissy, I can almost guarantee it was made known and likely in the contract assistants would be working on her hair. Not saying its right or wrong, but chances are girl either didn't do her due diligence or was looking for clout off Chrissy's name and the hate for hairstylists that is currently so popular

Personally, I think the issue I see with Chrissy’s situation is that people want their hair done by her, but I’ve seen a few different girls say that the only time Chrissy touched their hair was during the consultation. The job was done by her assistants. I’d only be willing to pay that price if my hair was actually done by her, and not her team. Not that her stylists aren’t great, but I’d go to her because I like her work and trust her. That’s just my personal preference though. Some people don’t have a problem with the assistants doing their hair.

Like she got a full balayage and colour service done - no mention of it on the receipt so wasn’t that the fee she paid ? That was her colour service fee and the rest was extensions and retail. People just jump to conclusions. I’m not on Chrissy side because her behaviour after was horrible but like that client got a full colour done as well. The fee wasn’t just to be there.
