The “mist” doesn’t actually mist. It’s still a stream. So it doesn’t spread evenly so unless you manually spread it with a paper towel or something, it doesn’t work.

Had then about 4 months. Within about a month of each other both lost the ability to pour. Both wouldn't open to pour. Pull back and nothing. Sprayer still works. I ended getting another sprayer from Sur La Table. And still use one for pouring after jamming the lid open for the pour spout.
