I don’t think I was fully under I was aware of my surgeon cutting my back open for surgery I didn’t feel pain more pressure and I could hear myself talking I need to let them know I’m awake but don’t remember anything after that

I just KNOW my anesthesiologist HATED me during my pacemaker surgery. They told me take all meds I usually do… which includes my Vyvanse. Nobody asked my anything before surgery, just had the papers I filled out. I woke up 4 times and they let having to knock me back out. I woke up trying to take the nasal cannula out while my anesthesiologist had to smack my hand down, tell the nurse to get back over there and knock me out, woke up again jumping into a convo I THOUGHT they was having about the fair, etc. I know they was tired of me😩😂

I remember that they held the gas mask thingy up to my face and they werent holding it in the way I thought it should be cause he was talking to someone so I just held it closer to my face and clonked out. I woke up just wanting to go back to sleep.

my mom said that the anesthesia only worked on her for 5 minutes, every surgery shes had. shes said they had to keep knocking her back out several times. she even one time woke up and no one noticed for a few seconds until she said something, she said she got to feel just a few seconds of them doing her hysterectomy before they knocked her back out
