I can understand that in some ways this might actually be super therapeutic for you, but please please make sure that re living all these stories to tell them and the continuous trauma your mom is still causing from doing so, aren't taking you to a bad place ♥️im confident you have a good support system now and obviously have come so far, but I also know how easy it is to slip when it gets overwhelming 🥰 been here since day one and genuinely my heart has been with you since

I saw a girl being verbally abused by her mother at the grocery store the other night and it broke my heart that I couldn’t help that little girl. It gives me hope that she’ll be okay because you survived
