Maybe not today because of our exposure to different shades and features. But I have seen pictures from the 1880’s of half white family members who lived as white but no one today would think they were.

If you look at historical records, many of the white passing black women looked like rashida. They passed in part due to white society’s ignorance. So yes, she would have been white passing.
