This isn’t caused by baby being engaged hence why you have never heard of it before. It’s what an apron belly looks like during pregnancy. Either you had an apron belly before the pregnancy or you will have one after. If you look up apron belly pregnancy you will see it’s the exact same. Nothing to be ashamed about it’s just another type of belly shape that women have. Some have a type called a B belly too. Just part of the body doing its thing in all different shapes and sizes 🙂

I didn’t have an apron belly before being pregnant and I don’t have one now, but this did happen to me at the end of my pregnancy! Bodies do weird things, let’s stop being rude online and body shaming a pregnant woman who is looking for community.

What happened to women building other women up. Some of these comments are vile. Our bodies are amazing and having the chance to carry a baby is the most beautiful experience and whatever our bodies look like before, during and after it’s a blessing to have given your baby a home for 9 months. It’s very likely to just be extra space now baby has engaged and is almost here 😍
