All the people who are saying “why are you using a tool to put the filters on?” Have never done enough to realize he still isn’t going to have problems taking them off. As a mobile tech, I can tell you 99% of oil leaks I see on the road are from loose oil filters by being put on hand tight.

Just a tip, leave the wrapping on the filters when u put them on..then u dont have to wipe them off just peal the plastic off 👌

most of the cummins we work on are medium duty so might be wrong but you didn't pull the upper pan drain plug
