I thought this was expressed so well. I think you’re so entitled to feel those feelings ❤ I don’t like the narrative in the disability community that you have to love and be proud of everything about your disability, I just don’t think that’s realistic - we all have insecurities.

I had dropfoot on my right foot before. it hurt like hell thru my foot bones. I wore AFO brace on foot. it helped stabilize my ankle, foot and toes. minimize falls

get u a stool and go get a pedicure. look for foot massage to help blood flow keep silcone socks find a good foot moisture lotion.
