I have a frenchie and this is my biggest fear. Ive lowered my bed put a shorter bench at the end of the bed for him to use....BUT he gets the zoomies and slams into everything. Hope Henry has a full and love filled life. Way to go Henry. One small but positive step in your journey to healing. Your family loves you.

My dachshund went paralyzed both in his right leg and both back legs. At the beginning I carried everywhere then within a week I started to put a long rowel under his belly like a sling to hold up his back legs and give him some stability while slowly I started physical therapy to get him walking again. With 7 weeks he began walking again. Not perfectly bout he was walking on his own.
