I see the potential and it’s very big but it will take a lot of money to renovate to be as good as the other one. The windows need to be done in this place as well and that’s expensive

I prefer this one ! Good light and views, great volumes, you could have 3 babies in there and not feel cramped. Making it your own would be such a fun project, and the better location and building are the icing on the cake !

This one is great! I would renovate and put your own decorative, and creative touch to your own home! Like what you said the square feet and views cannot be changed and this home checks both those boxes.

I’ve bought on the upper east side 5 times so I know how tedious the process is. I’d go with this one. We have 1500 square feet and I really wish we went for something bigger. And the views at night will be amazing! My non negotiable was a balcony though, not sure if that matters to you at all!
