There are pen type hyfracators on Amazon that do this and theyre $25. They say mole removal, blemish remover. It just burns carderizes the area. I use it for these and skin tags!

I complained enough that I was finally scheduled a lasering appointment by my derm. Scheduled it in Sept for May and out of pocket. The bumps on my face are gone. I feel so much prettier now! Totally worth it! 🥰

I had one on the center of my nose. They cauterized it, and I still have a slight indent/white scarring where it was but I prefer that over the bump.

I have a cauterizer I bought from Amazon to use on mine, that’s what my derm did (use very lightly to prevent scarring.)
