Hello! I've been checking out general Contractors on their websites, and it seems that most of them ask for insurance and/or workers' compensation, which I currently don't have. I did manage to get on one list that didn't require any insurance just to join, but now I've received my first bid from them, and they want me to submit the proposal along with the necessary insurance. What would be your advice on how to handle this?
