This is a scam. I bought a pair in February, and they stopped working after a month. Technical support told me they would send replacements, but here I am, still waiting at the end of August. They won't issue a refund or provide a solution; they just say they're out of stock. They must be doing pretty well for themselves, selling items they don't have in stock.
