I worked at a facility in Florida that had one male and one female bathroom for staff and visitors. It was a long walk up to the front of the building!!

Poor communication tactic. This prob means they will discipline people who leave unsanitary conditions behind but there is a better way to communicate that.

they kept locking the staff bathroom on my unit. and told me to go to the bathroom downstairs. and I couldnt just leave the unit without someone on it.and the night lpn like hiding and sleeping. so one night I couldn't make it in time. I have crohns. I reported it. and scream at HR. and left mid shift and give report to my supervisor. and told them not to lock the bathroom and im not working in shitty pants. 😒 magically the bathroom wasnt lock after that night.
