If you’re struggling praying out loud: Praying in nature, especially late at night or early in the morning! Making a list of what you want to pray about. I like to think about God sitting next to me or across and having a conversation w him. Also prayer walks helped me a lot with a partner:) may take time but just takes practice. I still sometimes get anxiety randomly but I’ve def come a long way.
