there's actually three applications ml studio o llama and finally the one that integrates a bunch of stuff together. anything llm. it is a single application that you can download from Mac, windows and Linux. they also have a Android app for mobile which all run locally or you can connect it to a cloud AI provider. if you choose or set up your own private cloud-based AM model. I would like to also say that the if you want to have a free high-speed cloud provided AI model. Google provides Gemma 3 model for free to use

How are they free? What’s the catch? They all do data harvesting, is there any advantage to running AI locally instead of one of the cloud models?
