i feel like im such a crashout about comments sometimes ppl r acc insanely out of touch. theyll take something so obviously one way and contort it into something it genuinely never was. and its not even abt serious stuff (although it also is) its like fun normal things. like stan culture ppl dont have nuance. or in a more serious sense things like ind1an h8 (as an indian. brutal n disgusting) but yeah i def need to chill tf out in comment sections 😭

the amount of misinformation casually spread is crazy. tbh as an aqua mars, it’s hard for me to sit tight and say nothing especially if it has anything to abse, social injustice, or topics where victims have lost their voice. i left twt because i just couldn’t take the negativity anymore but tiktok is the same thing 😶🌫️it honestly blows my mind when i reply to someone spreading misinformation and i get like 2 likes, while they have 300+. or i’ll get attacked instead 🤣 i’ll take this as my sign to take a deep breath and move on.

I have a 0° Cap moon in the 1st and while I love the sociological aspect of the comment section, I think I will take your advice. I really enjoy reading comments on antiracism and de-centering men posts, but any health related topics, especially covid/vaccines, sends me into orbit. Luckily I have other placements to soften that Cap moon.

9H taurus moon here, i LOVE to read comment sections to see different perspectives(usually expecting them to be sorta adjascent to mine) however, when there is an upsetting chain of comments, esp in the replies, that's where i pull myself away by the leash mentally. i have to remind myself to not get absorbed by the energy, that it does not define 100% of reality; then i scroll & usually the feelings fade away
