I'll be staying on it for maintenance. I'm almost there so alongside my dr I'll come down enough to eat enough to maintain but keep away the food noise

thank you for the reply! I meant to say glp1. but here is the thing, the higher dosage was making me have horrible side effects and when I talked to the doctor about it he said it was because I lost so much weight that at my current weight which is in the 150s that the higher dose was not safe which is why I went down a dose. so I figured because of that the lower dose might be as effective. and I won't go off of it but I'm just really watching closely the effects with the lower dose which did eliminate the side effects which is a good thing! Thanks again for the reply. taking the drugs been life-changing and now I'm working on resistance training and taking off about 10 more pounds
