??? For Linda to contemplate if someone was bipolar or clinically depressed would we say I’m sorry that’s the way God made you? My youngest child (adult child) is trans. When she first told me I felt really responsible like I did a bad job as a parent because my child wasn’t able to accept and love how they were born. When I talked to my other child about it he just said “Mom that’s exactly what she is doing by identifying as trans accepting and loving herself the way she is.” 🤯

I am a cis male over the age of 55, and have been on gender affirming hormones (TRT) for years, and it has made my life so much better. Life is not perfect but having the needed hormone balance in my system for who I am, has saved my life. This is where I am the same as my Trans siblings

And dna only tells part of the story. There are at least 40 intersex conditions out there (I'm not saying intersex & trans are the same thing, just to make that clear.) But there are women who have complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, for instance, (cias) who have xy chromosomes but cannot respond to testosterone at all so it turns into estrogen so they develop outwardly female (that is such an oversimplification of cias, I know). So the ignorance of this comment is multifaceted.
