Council placed a tenant under temporary accommodation scheme in my flat via an agent, the agent has not signed license with tenant but I believe has some agreement with the council. Tenant has behavioural issues, neighbours have complained to me and council council said will relocate tenant but 3 months later and many police visits, social services, ASB notices to me the landlord later, the council still have not relocated her, just wondering what I can do it get her out. I know the tenant is on some kind of license to occupy with the council who can move her out.
