Dengan adanya dugaan kecurangan atau pun gelar profesor yang diperoleh saat ini yang diduga tidak memenuhi syarat akdemis, diminta Diktis Kementrin Agama Ri untuk tinjau ulang pengesahan gelar Profesor rektor UIN STS Jambi Kasful Anwar, diman telah melanggar Akademik serius, jika dalam perolehan gelar guru besar tersebut menyalahi aturan maka diminta diktis batalkan SK gelar profesor dan memberi sangsi tegas.Jambi, wartacika.co.id – Persoalan dugaan ada yang tidak beres dalam mendapatkan gelar profesor Kasful Rektor UIN STS Jambi, praktisi hukum memberikan komentarnya bahwa apabila ada dugaan pemberian gelar profesor tidak memenuhi syarat.Lanjutnya, dan tidak hanya itu bisa juga ditindak secara pidana sebagaimana diatur didalam Pasal 68 dan pasal 69 UU Sisdiknas No 20 tahun 2003 dan juga diatur didalam Pasal 272 serta Pasal 263 KUHPidana yang pada aturan tersebut dapat ditindak setiap orang yang membantu membuat ijazah, sertifikat kompetensi gelar akademik profesi yang tidak memenuhi SYARAT dipidana dengan pidana penjara dengan ancaman 5 tahun sedangkan dalam Pasal 272 ayat 1 terkait pemalsuan ijazah kemudian pada pasal 263 KUHPidana terkait pemalsuan surat ancaman hukumannya 6 tahun penjara. “Artinya bahwa apabila ditemukan dalam pemberian gelar profesor itu diduga ada pemalsuan apakah ijasah, sertifikasi nya atau karya ilmiah yang merupakan syarat yang diatur dalam Undang -undang pembuatnya dapat ditindak dan penggunannya juga dapat ditindak secara hukum.
