I’m a teacher. The school I work for protects predators. In an ordinarily female dominated industry it’s a male dominated workplace and the management protects the maps 🙄

My Parents raised me to be honest, truthful and respectful. I grew amongst sisters and I respect the understanding we shared. The point is raising resilient sons WITH daughters who share this truth and will defend it anytime. That's the real deal. We need all hands to be on the table working together. when the vision is shared the responsibility and commitment is also shared.
