🇵🇱 W krótkim filmie zajmujemy się wymianą przednich amortyzatorów w Mitsubishi Outlander. Problemem były stuki przy najeżdżaniu na nierówności, spowodowane uszkodzeniem mocowania trzpienia amortyzatora. Wizualnie amortyzator wydawał się w dobrym stanie – bez wycieków oleju, a powierzchnia trzpienia była nienaruszona. Początkowo podejrzewano, że przyczyną była poduszka amortyzatora. Po jej wymianie i testowej jeździe okazało się jednak, że to amortyzator powodował stuki. W filmie, w przyspieszonym tempie, pokazujemy cały proces: demontaż kolumny amortyzatora, jej rozbiórkę, wymianę amortyzatora na nowy oraz złożenie całej zawieszenia. Ważna uwaga – przed montażem nowy amortyzator należy kilkukrotnie odpowietrzyć, w pełni wciskając i wypuszczając trzpień 5-6 razy, aby zapewnić jego prawidłową pracę w przyszłości. 🇺🇸 In this short video, we are replacing the front shock absorbers on a Mitsubishi Outlander. The issue was a knocking sound when driving over bumps, caused by damage to the shock absorber rod mounting. Visually, the shock absorber appeared to be in good condition – no oil leaks, and the rod surface was intact. Initially, it was suspected that the problem lay with the top mount. After replacing it and conducting a test drive, it turned out that the shock absorber itself was the source of the noise. The video, in a sped-up format, shows the entire process: removing the strut assembly, disassembling it, replacing the shock absorber with a new one, and reassembling the vehicle’s suspension. An important note – before installation, the new shock absorber must be primed by fully compressing and releasing the rod 5-6 times.
