Best decision I ever made was giving up being a mechanic. Went from 40 hours a week and 100k to 70 hours a week and 50k. No thanks.

I left once the 3.6 came out with timing chain issues started along with the cash for clunkers and the 10yr 100k car warranty..I’m not working for warranty for 10 years but thanks GM for all of the 1000’s of hours of training that I brought to a independent shop that will pay me what I’m worth 🤷♂️🤣🤣🤣
