As of 2025, specific Blood Alcohol Content numerical results for Rebecca Melchor were not listed in court documents or the criminal complaint filed immediately after the October 2024 crash. I’m sorry but I just don’t believe she was drunk. She could’ve had some alcohol in her system but not enough to be drunk, especially if they weren’t using her BAC against her.
