I’m South Korean, and there’s no such thing as ‘seaweed rice'. It was probably a mistranslation of gim, seaweed flakes sprinkled on top of steamed rice. The noodles are actually Japanese udon noodles used in yakisoba. The sausage isn’t chicken sausage either, it’s a cheaper mix of chicken and pork. And the ‘ginseng tea’ is wrong too, it’s actually a traditional Korean drink, a cold and sweet ginger with cinnamon tea.😂
